I was born in Boise, Idaho and have lived here my whole life. I enjoy spending time with family and friends, as well as fishing and camping. I also have a passion for photography and reading. I attended Boise State University where I received my Bachelors degree in Psychology in 2018. I received my Masters in Counseling at Boise State University, where I studied addiction and substance abuse in 2023. I have previous experience working with adults with disabilities as a Adult Developmental Specialist. I also have experience as a CBRS worker and Case Manager.
My theoretical is mainly Person-Centered, Cognitive Behavioral therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment therapy (ACT), and Strengths-Based approach.
