Kimberly Needham

I was born in Boise, Idaho and have lived here my whole life. I attended Boise State University where I received my Bachelors degree in Psychology. I received my Masters in Counseling at Boise State University, where I specialized in addiction. I have previous experience working with adults with disabilities as a Adult Developmental Specialist, as well as a CBRS worker and Case Manager. I am happy to meet new people and have the opportunity to teach new skills, as well as be able to learn from them in return. When I’m not at work, I enjoy spending time with family, my dogs, and friends, as well as golfing and camping. I have a passion for photography and reading.
My theoretical is mainly Person-Centered, Cognitive Behavioral therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment therapy (ACT), and Strengths-Based approach.
