I was born in Las Vegas, Nevada, but my life has taken me all over the world. As a military spouse of 18 years, I’ve had the unique opportunity to experience diverse cultures and communities, which has helped shape who I am today. For seven of those years, our family have been stationed in Mountain Home, Idaho, a place that became a meaningful chapter in our journey.
My husband proudly serves in the United States Air Force, and together we’ve built a life filled with resilience, service, and love. We are blessed with one beautiful daughter who inspires me daily, and we share our home with two fluffy and spirited cats named Morticia and Wednesday, who add their own charm and chaos to our lives.
Currently, I’m working toward my Bachelor’s degree in Social Work through UNR. I’ve always been someone who leads with empathy and kindness, and I’ve long felt a deep calling to support others in times of need. Social work allows me to turn that passion into purpose. My goal is to walk alongside individuals and families through their toughest moments and help them discover hope, healing, and strength. If I can play even a small part in improving someone’s life or helping them realize their worth, then I know I’ve made a difference.
My experiences as a military spouse have given me a firsthand understanding of sacrifice, transition, and the importance of support systems. These experiences fuel my dedication to becoming a social worker who truly listens, advocates, and uplifts others,no matter where they come from or what challenges they face.
